Urethral stricture disease can lead to progressive lower urinary tract symptoms and may require multiple surgical procedures to improve patient&#8217;s symptoms. Male stress urinary incontinence is associated with intrinsic sphincter deficiency oftentimes associated with radical prostatectomy.
